When your child speaks, the audio is sent to our cloud service, converted into text, and then discarded immediately after that conversion. What remains is the text of the conversation, which is shown to you in the Smart Life app — and which you can delete permanently at any time. We do not use your child's conversations to train AI models, and we never sell or share children's data.
What happens to your child's voice, step by step

Where the words go
Generating an answer requires a language model, so the text of your child's question is sent to the AI model provider that produces the response.
That request does not carry your child's identity. The provider receives a question to answer — not a profile, and not a child.
How to see and delete the conversation
Your child's conversations with the robot are visible to you in the Smart Life app. If you want them gone, you can permanently delete them — you do not have to ask us, and you do not have to wait.
Why we publish these specifics
In early 2026, journalists and U.S. senators reported that conversations between children and two other AI toys had been left publicly accessible (WIRED, U.S. Senate Joint Economic Committee, NBC News). In the same period, Common Sense Media's research found that AI toy companions collect extensive data on children in private spaces.
Other things we deliberately did not build: there are no advertising or social features for your child, and there is no subscription — nothing about the device rewards keeping a child talking.
